What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer nationwide shipping across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, while larger garden furniture sets may require a specialized two-man delivery service which takes 7-10 working days.
Can I return an item if it's not right for my home?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Do you provide a warranty on garden furniture?
Most of our premium garden furniture ranges come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 2 to 5 years, covering structural defects and UV fading.
Is your furniture weather-resistant?
Our outdoor collections are designed to be weather-resistant; however, we recommend using protective covers or storing cushions indoors during winter months to prolong the life of your furniture.
Do you offer assembly services?
White-glove assembly services are available for specific furniture ranges within certain geographical areas. Please check the 'Assembly' option at checkout or contact our support team for details.
